How do I change my personal greeting on my voicemail?
- Press Feature 981, enter your password, press # or OK Press 8 or ADMIN
- Press 2 or GREET
- Press 1 or REC
- Press 1 if you would like to record your Primary greeting or 2 if you would like to record your Alternate greeting
- Record a new greeting and press #. The system will give you options to rerecord, play or accept your recording by pressing #
From an outside telephone dial your company's number. When voice mail greeting answers, press **, and follow the prompt to open your mailbox.

When should I use my Alternate greeting on my mailbox?
This is a special greeting for times when you are away from the office or on vacation. If you choose the Alternate mailbox greeting, you are asked whether the mailbox accepts messages. If you choose Y (yes) your mailbox receives messages in the normal way. If you choose N (no) messages cannot be left in your mailbox (useful for extended vacation or medical leave).
