Algo Communication Products supports the telephone systems hardware and software we sell throughout the product life cycle, from introduction to end of life. Algo is committed to preserving the customer’s initial investment for as long as technologically possible. Product manufacturers are constantly enhancing their products via downloadable software, firmware updates or new software releases. When a new release of software becomes generally available (Current), typically the previous 2 software releases become “Sustained”. Earlier releases become “Retired” for a period before becoming “End of Life”. Support level for the different software designations is listed below.
Software Release Subscription Services (SRS) provides potenzmittel bestellen customers with a cost effective upgrade path over the life of the product. SRS is a contracted service offering that provides customers access to future major and minor software releases during the term of the SRS service agreement. Your Algo sales representative is available to provide you with SRS contract pricing.
Algo Communication Products Service Department is available to process all client service requests and can dispatch technicians to perform on-site or remote assistance as needed. Our maintenance plans are top notch and cover a range of topics.
